Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 7-day return policy on full priced items that are unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. (7-day period begins from date of receipt)

All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Please email info@stonedjewelryconcierge.com with your request. If approved, we will issue you a return label. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free shipping on returns. The price of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding all shipping fees.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to process. 

Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Custom orders are FINAL SALE and thus non-refundable and ineligible for exchange.

There will be extended return windows during peak holiday seasons. Those changes will be announced here when available.
